Why Bike-Fit?
In order for a rider to maximise their comfort and performance, it is essential that they are fitted correctly to their bike. Subtle changes to saddle height, saddle set back, cleat alignment and handlebar reach can produce a bike-fit to match your cycling aims.
Your primary aim may be to achieve an increase in performance that will allow you improve race/ride times. Alternatively, your priority may be to resolve a range of cycling related pain issues which owe their cause to a poorly fitting bike.
Bike-Fit: Details
Our standard Ben-efit bike-fit takes a full day (usually 9.00 - 19.00) and includes:

Slow-motion video capture of your cycling posture and pedalling.

3D pedal stroke analysis.

Leomo analysis - detailed pedalling data is collected from sensors worn during a short road ride on your bike

Full postural assessment from head to foot.
